OMAHA (DTN) -- U.S. soybean planting is slightly ahead of last year's pace and the five-year average, according to USDA NASS's weekly Crop Progress report released on Monday.

NASS estimated U.S. winter wheat condition at 30% good to excellent, down 15 points from 45% at the same time last year.

Corn was 11% planted and 4% emerged.

Soybeans were 12% planted.

Spring wheat was 12% planted and 2% emerged.

Check this page throughout the afternoon for additional highlights from this week's report.
